Shipping

Every Moi piece is handcrafted to order in our atelier in India, involving meticulous handmade techniques is done in India. Because each piece is created specifically for you, our standard delivery timeline is 14–21 business days from the date of order, this includes production and international shipping to your door.

 All orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Import duties and customs clearance are handled entirely by us, there are no additional charges on arrival. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

 For urgent orders we recommend reaching out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

For security purposes, we will get in touch with you post the order is placed, to request for a confirmation of who will be likely to receive the parcel. The courier company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

Repairs

We would be happy to help you : mail us on mail@vibewithmoi.com for repairs. Kindly include your invoice, the description and the photo of the repair required. We will review your request and let you know if we will be able to repair the product.

We will share the shipping instructions if we are able to take up the repair request. Do note that certain requests will be subject to charges for repair and shipping. You will also be notified on time it will take for repair once we inspect the piece and assess the time required.

Taxes and Duties

The website displays USD pricing that is inclusive of all courier charges and import custom duties in the USA. To that extent, there will be no additional cost to you for delivery, and the package is cleared from our end and customs are prepaid.

Use Tax
As per economic nexus threshold, Theoden Inc is not required to charge sales tax on its invoices and so this invoice doesn’t include any sales tax. In some states, there is a provision for ‘use tax’ that has to be filed depending on your tax status and the states’s provisions which you may check with your CPA.

Please do consult your CPA in case ‘use tax’ is applicable for your tax status in your state for purchase of goods from outside your state without payment of sales tax.
