- If you are unhappy with your online purchase at MOI, we will help you with an exchange or full refund. To be eligible, you will need to write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product about your decision to return/exchange and images attached if relevant to your case.
- Once we confirm that you are eligible for a return as per above, we will need you to send the product back, at your cost, to our California location, in its original condition including the packaging that came with the product using UPS /FEDEX/DHL and an insured shipping method. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the same and if it meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall initiate a store credit or a full refund as the case may be. It can then take up to 14 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account.
